PokerSense Privacy Policy
PokerSense is a local-only educational poker math trainer. It is designed to help users practice pot odds, outs, equity and expected value calculations. It is not a real-money gambling app, betting service, casino app or live poker assistance tool.
Information We Collect
PokerSense does not collect personal information from users. The app does not require an account, name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, camera access, microphone access or payment information.
Local App Data
The app may create local training records, including drill attempts, answer results, response timing, topic progress and preference settings. This information is stored on the user's device only. It is used to display local progress and to continue the training experience inside the app.
No Backend, Ads or Analytics
PokerSense does not connect to a backend API. It does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, social SDKs, cloud sync services or third-party tracking tools. The app does not request the Android internet permission.
Import and Export
Users may manually import or export local training data through the Android system document picker. The user controls the selected file location. PokerSense does not scan device storage and does not request broad storage permissions.
Data Sharing
Because PokerSense does not collect personal data and does not transmit training data to a server, we do not sell, rent or share user personal information with advertisers, analytics providers or data brokers.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local training data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears app data or uninstalls the app. Android system settings can be used to remove the app and its local data.
Children
PokerSense is not directed to children. The app is intended for users who are old enough to study poker-related probability and decision math in their local jurisdiction.
Changes to This Policy
If future versions add network features, cloud sync, accounts, payments, analytics or other services, this privacy policy and the Google Play Data safety information should be updated before release.
